WARRANTY
All computer systems
and components come with an industry standard 12 month return to base warranty
unless either otherwise stated or extended warranty purchased. Warranty applies
to manufacturing faults only and goods will not be covered by warranty for damage
by the purchaser. Unless specifically stated KISS warranties are not transferable
and extend to the original purchaser only. Warranty work on systems and/or
other items that are not covered by KISS or were purchased from another vendor may be subject to additional
surcharges that are levied on KISS and will be at the expense of the customer
in advance. Warranty is void if misuse, accidents or abuse of the equipment
occurs i.e. Over-Clocking or not following the manufacturer's recommendations.
Warranty is Void if Warranty Label/s or product serial number/s have been
removed or tampered with. For warranty claims shipping charges to and from the
customer are the customers expense and shall be paid in advance. No warranty or
return claims will be accepted without an invoice. In the event that goods are
to be returned, please contact our sales department via e-mail. The customer
will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) number (which must be marked on
the outside of the box / parcel) and notified of costs if any that must be paid
in advance. We will require the invoice number, customer details and problem
with the product that requires repairs. Note that no returns of any type will
be accepted or processed without a RA number. KISS is not responsible for any
goods lost or damaged in transit so purchasers are advised to register and
insure any goods shipped to or from KISS. Returned goods claimed to be faulty
and subsequently found to be in good condition will incur $ 50.00 service
charge. SOFTWARE IS NOT COVERRED.
