REFUND POLICY

NO refunds shall be entered into by KISS. The onus is on the purchaser to confirm that the goods or services purchased are suitable to their requirements prior to ordering. If the purchaser can not find sufficient information on either the KISS website or any other site that the KISS website may from time to time have links to, the purchaser should contact KISS sales by e-mail to confirm if the goods are suitable to their requirements but notwithstanding as per the KISS terms and conditions KISS shall accept no responsibility for any information regarding suitability provided.
ALL sales and purchases are final and the responsibility of the purchaser unless specifically stated to the contrary in written communication from KISS in which special cases refund shall only be for the amount of physical stock received in original resaleable condition in original unopened packaging with all required documentation with the cost of any freight or other services provided by KISS and opened product being a non refundable component and the expense of the purchaser with a restocking fee of 10% also due and payable by the purchaser. At all times it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact KISS and clarify their position in writing PRIOR to ordering.
