OVERSEAS ORDERS
We are happy to sell
to most foreign countries. However customs and importing charges (if
applicable) are the purchasers expense. We would also remind overseas customers that our guarantees are
'ex-store'. If, for any reason, goods are returned to us from overseas (eg for
service or warranty etc) the purchaser must include all required Customs
documents. It is a long and costly process to obtain Customs Clearance on goods
that do not already have documentation supplied and all charges and costs are
at the customers expense and must be paid in advance prior to the goods being
returned to the customer. Failure to include Customs documents can also result
in long delays.
